The Philippine Technological Council – Women Engineers Network (PTCWEN) serves as the unified voice for Filipina engineers across 13 distinct engineering disciplines. We are more than just a professional network; we are a catalyst for change in academe, industry, and public service. By upholding our core values of Worthiness, Excellence, and Nobleness, we empower women to transition from local practitioners to global leaders in STEM.

Our impact is felt through a strategic ecosystem of initiatives:

  • National Leadership: Hosting the annual Philippine Women Engineers and Scientists’ Summit (PWESS) and the Lakambining Inhinyera to celebrate expertise and excellence.
  • Global Solidarity: Representing the Philippines in the International Network of Women Engineers and Scientists (INWES) and celebrating World Engineering Day (WED) to align with international standards.
  • Holistic Advocacy: Championing work-life balance and sustainable community building as fundamental pillars of the engineering profession.

Guided by our 2025 Strategic Vision, we are dedicated to “inventing the future” where the Filipina engineer is an inspiration in all aspects of life.
